We publish & produce all forms of electronica, from new age to dance, from ambient to trip hop.  We take our music & ourselves (far too) seriously, which is reflected in our company name.

Nigredo is a term from alchemy & means “the blackening,” the difficult (yet necessary) stage of burning away impurities as you transform base metals into gold.

In alchemical mandalas, a raven usually symbolizes nigredo, hence the ravens in our logo.  But neither this image nor this notion should be considered gloomy or depressing because, after all, the end result of the transformation is gold.  Whether you dance or meditate to it, our music attempts to be the soundtrack to that transformation.
